

If the delivered items are wrong, we can replace the items free of charge.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds for sale items. Whereas, for the credit/debit cards, there are two (2) refund options available by means of a wallet/store credit or a credit/debit card that may take 14 to 30 working days to be credited to your account. For COD, the refund will be added to your wallet.

If the return is approved, we will refund you depending on the payment method you used, whether it is paid by COD or credit/debit card. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we will only refund the item amount. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail that we’ve received your returned item.
